PRESS the device (TV,VCR,CABLE, AUD, etc.) button - RELEASE
PRESS and HOLD the SETUP button until the red LED flashes twice, then RELEASE.
PRESS 9 - 9 - 2
PRESS the device button twice. - Two blinks.
